30-Day Pilot Terms

These terms apply to the no-charge AccessField market pilot operated by Sound Vanguard Solutions LLC. By submitting an application, you acknowledge the following.
Selection and scope
Applying does not guarantee selection. AccessField may accept or decline a question, limit the review to a defined issue, request more information, or refer the question to another professional. The agreed scope will be confirmed before work begins.
Educational guidance
Pilot services provide focused technical education and practical observations about tactile walking surface indicators (TWSIs), including identification and application of published accessibility criteria relevant to the stated scope. They do not constitute legal advice, a binding code interpretation, architectural or engineering services, stamped design documents, a compliance certification, a warranty, or authorization to undertake construction.
Project responsibility
You remain responsible for project decisions, complete field verification, applicable federal, state, and local requirements, product suitability, manufacturer instructions, permits, and approvals. Final decisions remain with the project owner and its qualified design professionals, contractors, code officials, and other authorities having jurisdiction.
Existing-condition reviews
Observations about a failing, deteriorated, or rejected installation are limited to the photographs, dimensions, documents, inspection comments, and other information provided. AccessField may identify probable causes and corrective options, but cannot guarantee that every condition will be discovered or that a proposed correction will be accepted by an inspector or authority having jurisdiction.
TWSI takeoffs
Takeoff quantities are estimates derived from the plan set and scope information supplied. They must be checked against current drawings, addenda, field conditions, waste factors, product packaging, and installation requirements before bidding, purchasing, or construction.
No guaranteed outcome
Requirements and enforcement can vary by jurisdiction and project circumstances. AccessField does not guarantee acceptance by a reviewing authority, project performance, or legal compliance.
Information you provide
You confirm that information supplied is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to share it. Guidance may be incomplete or unsuitable if relevant conditions or documents are missing. Do not send highly confidential or security-sensitive information.
No charge and feedback
Selected pilot reviews are provided without charge. In exchange, participants agree to provide brief, candid feedback about the usefulness, scope, and delivery of the service. Any future paid work requires a separate agreement.
Independence
AccessField may discuss available products and installation approaches. Relevant product affiliations or potential conflicts will be disclosed. Product discussion is not a guarantee or endorsement for every application.
