Access FieldReturn to reporting form

Public Reporting Terms

Effective October 2, 2026

These terms apply when you submit a tactile surface concern to Access Field Consulting (“Access Field,” “we,” or “us”).

Non-emergency service

The reporting form is not monitored as an emergency service. Do not rely on it for an immediate hazard, emergency response, or urgent assistance.

Permission to review and forward

You authorize Access Field to review the information you submit and to forward the photographs, location, description, and other relevant report information to a government agency, property owner, service provider, or other entity that may be responsible for the location. We will not intentionally include your contact information when forwarding a report unless it is needed and authorized.

Your submission

Submit only information and photographs you are authorized to share. Avoid identifiable people, license plates, private documents, security-sensitive areas, or confidential information. You retain ownership of your photographs and grant Access Field permission to copy, store, analyze, and forward them for evaluating and reporting the concern.

Screening and routing

Access Field may accept, decline, combine, defer, or request additional information about a report. We do not guarantee that a submission will be forwarded, that the identified entity has jurisdiction, or that an agency or owner will acknowledge, investigate, or correct the condition.

No compliance determination

A submitted photograph or report does not establish an ADA violation or any other legal or regulatory violation. Applicable requirements may depend on ownership, jurisdiction, location, construction or alteration history, measurements, documents, and facts that are not visible in a photograph.

No professional-client relationship

Public reporting is an informational routing service. It is not legal advice, architectural or engineering design, a compliance certification, a formal inspection, or paid consulting, and it does not create a professional-client relationship.

Government records

Information forwarded to a public agency may become a public record and may be disclosed under applicable public-records laws. Do not submit information you would not want included in an agency record.
